Dear Leader,

You may have heard of developing an inclusive workplace, but have you really stopped and thought about what that means? Or how to do it?

At Wellbeing Face, we are expert workplace psychologists who work with high-performing leaders to thrive in an increasingly challenging, fast-paced world.

And we're passionate about using psychology to create safe and inclusive workplaces, where everyone experiences a strong sense of belonging.

And that's exactly what Wellbeing Face's ABCDE Framework does! We've combined our 100+ years of psychological experience to create something that is simple and easy to follow. And we guarantee that you'll foster an incredibly inclusive workplace if you implement it!

We want to help leaders like you develop an Inclusive Leader Mindset and foster a strong sense of belonging at your workplace. To make it a place people want to work at. A place where they feel valued and heard.

That's exactly what our Inclusive Leader Mindset Programme teaches. We talk about topics such as the Psychology of Inclusion, Intersectionality, Social Norms and more.

Our experience in other regions, such as the UK, Europe and the US, gives us a unique perspective on inclusive workplaces that other Australian organisations can't offer. We're passionate about sharing these experiences with Australian Leaders to build safer, more inclusive workplaces than other local companies.
Inclusive workplaces are safe, where all employee touch points consistently NEED to reinforce and signal belonging, connection and emotional stability.
Our founder, Simi Rayat, is recognised as one of Melbourne's TOP 15 Executive Leadership Coaches in 2022 and we're ready to help you take the next step into building an inclusive workplace this year!
WHAT IS THE INCLUSIVE LEADER MINDSET PROGRAMME?
Are you looking to attract and retain the best talent for your organisation?

Of course, you are!

And that's exactly what the Inclusive Leader Mindset Programme will help you do! But that's only one benefit.

Inclusive workplaces are safe, where all employees have a constant sense of belonging, connection and emotional stability. This allows them to feel like they can be themselves all the time, and that comfort encourages them to give a better quality output.

This means better decision-making, more innovation and a willingness to challenge and debate the status quo. It's been shown that having an inclusive leader increases employee engagement by 3.4 times, and bolsters their job commitment by 2.7 times.

Beyond that, studies show that 47% of millennials actively seek diverse & inclusive organisations. And a statistic that may be alarming, is that 39% of participants would leave their current workplace for a more inclusive one!

So, if you're a leader and you are really serious about attracting and retaining the best diverse talent, then you need to start by helping your leaders develop an inclusive leader mindset and equip them with the tools and strategies to lead their teams with inclusivity at the forefront of their minds.
It goes beyond just developing your leadership capability, that's just the start. What is most critical is cultivating a culture of belonging. This unites your staff and builds deeper meaningful connections between them, your leaders and the organisation.
As a result, your employees will be far more engaged, committed and aligned to work alongside you, as they will feel like a valued ‘family member’. A family that they are proud to be a part of.

That's at the core of what the Inclusive Leader Mindset Programme teaches. How to build a workplace where your employees feel safe and valued. You can be proud knowing all your employees will go about their days with a strong sense of belonging. It's the only way they will want to give you 100%.
And this is precisely the reason why Australia’s leading Technology provider, MessageMedia invested in Wellbeing Face’s Inclusive Leader Mindset programme.
Recently, 90 of their leaders globally, across 20 countries went through this programme to learn how to develop an inclusive leader mindset and to become equipped with practical tools to lead with the lens of inclusion front of mind.

But why did they choose us? Our work is grounded in 20+ years of psychological science and commercial know-how. We are experts in transforming mindsets, shifting behaviours and creating a sustainable inclusive culture where everyone has the chance to feel seen, heard, understood and valued.

Best of all, we have experience in other regions, like the UK, Europe and the US, where inclusion is even further ingrained in workplace culture than here in Australia. This gives us a unique perspective and really lets us get ahead of the curve of other Aussie companies when it comes to inclusion in the workplace.

All programmes are tailored to your organisation's context, so everyone can connect with, relate to and develop new insights from the rich learnings, practice and discussions, which enables knowledge to be quickly transferred and embedded into the workplace.

HEAR FROM SOME LEADERS WHO TOOK THE PROGRAMME
"To understand inclusion, we must understand what exclusion feels like”. Simi said those words in the introduction to the Inclusive Mindset Program and they have stuck with me since. The small behaviours – the ‘micro-discourtesies’ – can have a big impact psychologically, emotionally, biologically, and behaviourally. I am grateful for the Program in not only raising awareness to help recognise those behaviours, but also for equipping me with the tools to lead with an inclusive mindset.
Kylie Castrissios, Head of Legal – Sinch SMB & Oceania
Great programme to start the conversations with lots of ‘aha’ moments where people genuinely reflected on how we work together and what we do to keep improving and how we can keep building an amazing inclusive culture at MessageMedia. Simi was the perfect facilitator to help us on our journey and I’m looking forward to the follow-up programmes we deliver.
Simone Davidge, Senior Product Manager, MessageMedia
I received lots of feedback directly from participants post this programme, which echoed that when people walk out with tools, with reflections and say how they now have clear actions on what they can do to improve inclusion or what the business can do, this is a hugely successful programme. These are the conversations that are worth having and this programme has been a solid start to help our 90 leaders across 20 countries come together and develop an inclusive workforce.
Kristie Healy, Vice President, People and Culture, MessageMedia

WHO IS SIMI RAYAT TO MAKE SUCH PROMISES?
-
I was very fortunate to discover my passion and drive for personal and leadership development early in my career. I knew after my degree in Organisational Psychology that I wanted to work with a broad range of professionals to empower them to be the best possible leaders
-
I’ve worked on a freelance and employed basis as a senior manager, consultant, psychologist and coach
-
In 2011, I started my own private Psychology practice, Minds for the Future in Melbourne, which I built into a thriving business, with a team of eight psychologists across three sites in the city before profitably selling to new owners in 2016
-
All up, I've accumulated over 20 years of experience as a Chartered Organisational Psychologist in the UK & Australia, and this has given me an extremely broad view of the human mind and how it applies to inclusion in the workplace
-
For the majority of my life, I've found myself in the 'minority' in all aspects of my identity. I have first-hand lived experience of breaking moulds & shattering ceilings. I specialise in helping Minority Leaders to thrive in their professional careers
-
I have worked very intentionally and deliberately for twenty years to be where I am now; working in partnership with clients globally with a common aim of growing themselves and creating inclusive cultures so those around them can also flourish and love what they do that little bit more
WHAT IS WELLBEING FACE?
-
Wellbeing Face was ‘born’ on a dark night in London, while I was in the haze of night feeds following the birth of my second son
-
I was at a crossroads professionally - like so many of my clients - and this quiet time of reflection re-ignited my passion and drive to help leaders all over the world to be able to bring their best and most authentic selves to their work
-
So I decided to start my own company, Wellbeing Face!
-
Since the idea was sparked in my mind back in 2018, we've worked with global brands like Coca-Cola, HSBC, MessageMedia, Gattaca, KPMG, Deloitte, Legal & General & PWC
-
With collectively over 100+ years of proven psychological science and commercial nous, our team is highly experienced in helping leaders elevate their leadership impact
-
Our mission is to help organisations attract and retain the best talent by fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe environment
-
Our unique experiences in the UK, Europe and the US allow us to bring a different perspective on inclusion than other similar Australian organisations

-
We help leaders gain a deeper understanding of their leadership style, strengths, derailers, blind spots, drivers, behaviours and impact on others
-
It's our job to enable you to better understand and challenge your beliefs and perceptions of yourself and situations, in order to make truly impactful shifts to your mindset
-
In turn, this transforms how you show up, your confidence levels, interactions with others, helping you to become an inclusive and inspiring leader as well as, supercharging your path to achieve your leadership goals
-
We are on a 10-year mission to work with 1000 organisations, to equip their leaders with the tools and strategies to develop an inclusive leader mindset and to reflect this mindset in their daily leadership actions
